Multiconcurrent B.V., Starrebosstraat 9, 1951 CE Velsen-Noord, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 84612657, is responsible for personal data processed through draagmuur-concurrent.nl. Contact and quotation enquiries
You can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. We receive the contact details, information about your home and proposed work, and files you choose to share. Only provide information needed to handle your request. The online upload form is not currently active.
Why information is used
We use your information to answer questions, prepare a quotation and discuss a possible commission. For steps you request before an agreement, preparation or performance of that agreement is the basis for processing. Information required for statutory administration is processed for that legal obligation.
Website and communication
This website is hosted by TransIP. Its pages do not place advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting processes technically necessary connection information. WhatsApp opens an external service only when you click its link, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to that service. Email and phone links open your own application.
Recipients and retention
Your enquiry is intended for the people handling your question or commission. Hosting and communication providers process information needed for those channels. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting commission and applicable administration requirements. Contact the privacy address for the retention period relevant to your file. Sending photographs with an enquiry does not automatically lead to their publication.
Your rights
You can contact info@multiconcurrent.nl to request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability. Explain what your request concerns; do not immediately send a copy of an identity document. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Automatic address completion
After you enter a complete Dutch postcode and house number on the quotation page, your browser requests the street and town from the Kadaster PDOK Location Server. PDOK receives the entered postcode, house number and necessary connection data such as your IP address. Your name, telephone number, email address and files are not sent for this lookup. Address fields are not stored in cookies or browser storage and you can correct them. The address only becomes part of your enquiry when you send your email or WhatsApp message. The lookup supports the quotation you request.
